So, as of now, we are delivering our product directly to the customers through these trustworthy distributors. Each distributor have their own method/process of delivering products.

Delivery Time

When will I recieve my order?

The estimated delivery date and time can very based on the following factors:

  • Availability
  • Shipping type
  • Delivery address
  • Dangerous goods
I haven’t received my order yet.What do I do?

When your order is dispatched from the warehouse, a shipment confirmation via e-mail is sent to you. The expected delivery date is provided so you will know when you can expect your order.

Delivery of an order

You can select the transport mode of your order during the ordering process. The delivery method for your order will depend on the shipping destination. E.g. most parcels will be delivered by your local postal carrier.

Shipping costs

In case of partial deliveries, order and shipping costs on the total value of the order will only be charged on first part delivery.

Pick up order

Our fully automated ordering and packing system can only deliver via mail or by a carrier. Because of this process it unfortunately is not possible to pick up your order in person.

Received items

If you haven’t received all of your ordered items, please get in touch with us via a Manco request.

You can find the Manco form on our web shop. Please log in and go to ‘My account’. Select ‘Manco’s’ and create a new Manco request.

If you’ve received too many items, please let us know via a Service ticket so we can be of further assistance. Simply send a service request through the ‘’My account’’ section on the web shop.

Received an item from us that doesn’t match your order? Please report this to by completing an RMA request.
